    Refund Eligibility : Refunds for online bookings are eligible only if the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame i.e. 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Missed Appointments : Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made outside the specified time frame.

    Refund for Services Rendered : If the clinic has already provided services based on the appointment, a refund may not be issued for the services rendered.

    Technical Issues : The clinic is not responsible for refunding payments in cases where technical issues, beyond the clinic's control, prevent the patient from accessing or using the online booking system.

  • Rescheduling Options : Patients are encouraged to reschedule appointments when possible, rather than canceling, to avoid refund requests.

    Rescheduling Process : Patients can reschedule appointments by logging into their account on the online booking system or by contacting the clinic directly.
